Applications & Acceptance

Submitting an application, inquiry, or form does not automatically guarantee acceptance into any Vibe District program, service, session, opportunity, or engagement.

Vibe District welcomes creatives at all levels. However, all submissions are reviewed by our team based on factors such as goals, readiness, focus, availability, program capacity, and the type of support we are able to provide at the time.

We reserve the right to decide whether to move forward with any application or inquiry. If selected, applicants will be contacted with the next steps.

No Guarantee of Results

Vibe District provides music consulting, mentorship, and guidance. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or success. Submitting an application or working with us does not guarantee placements, record deals, publishing deals, streams, sales, chart performance, bookings, or any other music industry outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your own effort, talent, timing, and market conditions.

Not a Record Label

Vibe District is a music consulting and mentorship service. We are not a record label, and we do not sign, represent, or guarantee artists. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a recording, management, publishing, or distribution agreement.

Your Submissions

You confirm that any information, music, or links you submit are yours to share and do not infringe on the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Payments & Services

Any paid services are subject to separate agreements provided at the time of engagement. Fees, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in those agreements. This website does not by itself create any paid service obligation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe District is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
